: White Tea (10); White tea leaves are de-enzymed by steaming and then dried. When brewed they give a very pale, champagne colored liquor that has a very light, soft, sweet, velvety flavor. Minimal caffeine content.

: Yellow Teas (1); China's rarest, often referred to as the "champagne of teas." Infused buds give a pale yellow-green liquor with delicate sweetness. More caffeine than most green teas.
